Job Title: Program Manager
Job Overview: The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple projects or programs, ensuring that all are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires close collaboration with teams across departments, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver results and ensure program success.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Strategy:
Define the program’s scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets.
Align program goals with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Project Management & Execution:
Oversee multiple project teams and ensure efficient program execution.
Monitor progress of individual projects, identifying risks and implementing solutions.
Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to meet program objectives.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Manage expectations and ensure regular updates to all stakeholders.
Financial Management:
Monitor program budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
Track and report on financial performance, addressing any discrepancies or overspending.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact program success and develop contingency plans.
Provide solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure program objectives are met.
Evaluation & Reporting:
Track and evaluate program performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
Prepare reports for management and stakeholders on program progress, outcomes, and recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Experience:
5+ years of program or project management experience.
