The VC Onramp Program seeks to remove barriers for aspiring VCs of color and grow the pipeline of BIPOC analysts, associates, and ultimately, general partners at VC firms by equipping them with the deep technical knowledge and social capital within the climatetech investment ecosystem. Our inaugural cohort of 7 students working at 4 different clean energy venture capital firms will participate in monthly networking events within the climatetech investment community, climate-specific investment workshops, and access connection to additional training opportunities and resources.
