OUR IMPACT
Recruited and placed over 90 students (98% BIPOC) in summer internships with clean energy companies.

Trained over 200 clean energy employers on DEIJ practices and how to build an inclusive internship.
Re-granted $260,000 in BGS microgrant funding to ACCESS program graduates to offset the costs of certification, insurance, bonding, legal & finances.
Over our 2022 and 2023 ACCESS cohorts, we helped launch 18 newly established small businesses and 9 aspiring business across HVAC, electrical, Ironwork, Energy Efficiency, Engineering, Roofing, Insulation, EV Infrastructure.
